If you wish to have your booth or other materials sent to the Annual Meeting's venue before the specified deadline, we suggest contacting your shipping company that will handle the respective service.

Important Notice

Booths cannot exceed a height of 3.00 meters without prior submission of an architectural project that must be approved by the Organization.

Industry Delegate Registrations

Industry Delegate registrations must be made in accordance with the benefits obtained through the rental of exhibition space. Should the number allotted be exceeded, the company should purchase additional registrations at the Industry Delegate price.
