The Organization cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any person or property, or for additional expenses resulting from any changes, whatever the cause. Participants are advised to arrange their health and travel insurance.
Personal Data
The information collected during the registration process will only be used to process your registration and send you information about the Annual Meeting. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties.
Please note that the Annual Meeting will be filmed, therefore, by registering, you consent to the collection and dissemination of images in which you may be included.
During the Annual Meeting
Accreditation - Arrive early at the Annual Meeting Venue to complete your accreditation. Be practical and use your mobile phone with the QR code sent to you by email.
Identification - Wear your badge throughout the event.
WiFi - WiFi service will be available during the Annual Meeting. Access the indicated network.
Cloakroom - A cloakroom will be available during the Annual Meeting operating hours.
