The indicated fees are VAT exempt according to article 9 of the CIVA.

(1) The indicated fee applies to members with up-to-date membership dues. It is mandatory to provide the membership number at the time of registration.

Annual Meeting registration includes:

  • Annual Meeting bag and all related documentation;
  • Participation in scientific sessions;
  • Access to the Technical Exhibition areas;
  • Coffee breaks on November 04
  • Lunch on November 05 and 06;
  • Certificate of attendance and presentation of scientific papers;
  • Access to the Annual Meeting Mobile Application.

Privacy Policy

By registering, as the data subject, you expressly and knowingly authorize the Sociedade Portuguesa de Ortopedia e Traumatologia (SPOT) to use your personal data for the purpose of registration, communication, and organization of the Annual Meeting, taking place from November 03 to 06, 2026. Your data may be shared with third parties involved in the event's organization.

You also authorize the use of photographs, images, and voice recordings captured during the event, hereby waiving any rights or compensation resulting from such usage. Images captured in photographs and videos may be partially or fully reproduced on any media and used for any advertising or promotional purposes related to the event, specifically on the SPOT institutional website and Social Media platforms.

SPOT is responsible for processing your personal data.

You may, at any time, request a copy of your personal data, exercise your rights of rectification, access, cancellation, forgetting, or objection, or request the portability of your personal data to an entity of your choice.

For complaints, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority.

Your personal data will be retained as long as the purposes for which they were collected remain applicable, and without prejudice to the retention of data that SPOT is obliged to keep by legal requirement.
