Cookies “registration form”

The personal data collected (name, email*, company, position, country and any other data not specified here that is not billing data) within the registration fields on the Event form and for the management of the Event and the Leading - Congress Organization and Management, Lda. Taking into account that:

  • The personal “email” data is mandatory in order to send relevant notifications related to the registration status, changes or other useful general information related to the event, so without this data we will not be able to fulfill your requests.
  • The remaining data (name, company, position, country and any other unspecified data that is not billing data) allow us to personalize the communication and carry out analytical analysis of the registered participants in order to adapt the content and filter the sending of notifications.
  • If there are billing data (name, entity, address, NIF, telephone number and any other unspecified), these will be used exclusively for accounting and financial procedures with regard to registration for the event.

The data in question will not be used for any other purpose and will be kept by the organizing entity for 2 years.

You can exercise your rights provided for by law (access, rectification, deletion, limitation, opposition, portability) by writing to the following email secretariado@leading.pt or to the email specified in the registration form, without prejudice to the right to submit a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.

When you send us your personal data, it will be protected by appropriate security protocols for internet communications. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

OTHER TERMS & COMMITMENTS

Image Use
This event may be photographed and filmed, and by participating you accept that the images can be used for dissemination as part of the event.

User Commitment
The user must undertake to make appropriate use of the content and information that 42nd National Congress of Orthopedics and Traumatology offers on its website, which includes:

A) Do not engage in activities that are illegal or contrary to good faith and public order;

B) Do not disseminate advertising or content of a racist nature, xenophobia, online bookmakers, games of luck and chance, any type of pornography, in support of terrorism or against human rights;
