Special reduced hotel rates have been negotiated by the Meeting Secretariat and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.

Most of the selected hotels are walking distance to the Conference Venue.

Tourist taxes

According to current Municipal regulations, a Sleeping Fee of 2€ per night/ per guest aged 16 years and over will be due, up to a maximum of 4 nights per person.

This touristic taxes are not included at the hotel cost per night, and therefore must be paid directly at the hotel during check-in.
