Information for Authors of Accepted Abstracts

If your abstract was selected for presentation, here's what you should do:

1. Free Papers

Free Papers Presentation Guidelines 2026 here

The PowerPoint® presentation supporting the free paper must be created using the specific template attached.

Each free paper will have a 5-minute presentation time. There is a 10-minute discussion period after every 4 free paper. This time is strictly tracked by a timer that will be visible to both the speaker and the moderators of the free communication sessions.

2. Clinical Cases

The PowerPoint® presentation supporting the clinical case must be created using the specific template attached.

Each clinical case will have a 3-minute presentation time.

There will be a 10-minute discussion period after every 5 clinical cases.

3. E-Posters

Guidelines for E-Poster Presentations here

The E-Poster must be created using the template available on the SPOT website, in 16:9 portrait format.
